SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

  • All our Critter Couches are handmade in Boston. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your item to be made. We will try to dispatch your item much sooner than that, but in busy times it takes us time to get through the orders. 

  • Once dispatched your item will be delivered with USPS. Depending on the size of the order, it should arrive within 3-5 days. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • We obviously hope you will be satisfied with your order. If you receive an item you feel is faulty or damaged please contact us to let us know what the fault is and we will try to rectify the issue. 

  • If within 28 days of receiving your order you simply wish to exchange an unused item for a different color, again contact us and let us know what you would like instead. We pride ourselves on providing well made items and want to ensure our customers are 100% satisfied.

  • Custom shape items cannot be returned.

  • Any items to be returned will be your responsibility. The item must be in its original condition and unused.  

  • We would love your feedback to help our business to grow.
